This position will include both in-office hours Monday through Friday with one Saturday per month as well as remote hours.
Front Desk Duties:
Enthusiastically greeting patients and checking them in for their treatment, providing a high-quality, welcoming patient experience Confidently answering phones to book appointments, providing knowledgeable answers about products and services, and handle customer service issues Checking out patients's post procedures and treatments Chart Creation/Maintenance Social Media Marketing Duties:
Posting regularly to IG and FB (5 posts and stories per week) Helping with taking video of procedures/product education interviews with staff Assisting with building brand awareness and generating website traffic Engaging with our followers by commenting and responding on social media on a regular, consistent basis Daily marketing of team members, menu & services.
Assist in creatingphotos for marketing as well as before & after gallery/albums, training & marketing videos, marketing distribution, CANVA, social media posts, flyers, brochures, banners, blogs, training material Contributing to marketing meetings, brainstorming specials for upcoming month Front desk experience required.
Excellent communication skills.
Exemplary people skills.
Social media experience in a business setting is required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
