Job DescriptionThe Leasing Consultant is responsible for the total process of renting vacant units and lease renewals on the community they are assigned to.
He/She is expected to display a strong commitment to company goals, values and provide excellent customer service to future and existing residents.
- Greets all potential and current residents- Schedules tours with prospective residents, closing on the sale-Daily management and follow-up of all prospective leads- Create/Update ads online to drive traffic- Enters Maintenance Requests and helps assist Manager with resident requests- Prepare Lease paperwork for new and current residentsSalary
