Responsibilities:
Manage all facets of the company's financial operations, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Oversee the preparation of precise and timely financial statements, ensuring adherence to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Develop and implement financial controls and processes to optimize operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing valuable insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives.
Lead the annual audit process, coordinating with external auditors to ensure timely completion.
Maintain a robust understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Proven experience as a Controller or similar role, preferably in the consumer goods or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Proficient in financial management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
