The Business Development Executive (BDE) is expected for achieving individual new business revenue and profit objectives by leading new opportunity strategy creation and execution processes. The Business Development Executive will determine potential new business targets within their assigned territory and lead a collaborative effort with other BFS stakeholders to secure new revenue, profit, and account relationships. It is the responsibility of the Business Development Executive to develop and coordinate new strategic customer sales and relationships through the generation of new leads and penetration of key accounts. Furthermore, the Business Development Executive will drive sales process leadership from initial contact through strategy, proposal, presentation & successful conclusion for developing and expanding business opportunities.
Requirements
5 years of prior sales, management or leadership experience
Education
4 year college degree
Client
Provides expert landscape management and property maintenance services in addition to landscape design consulting.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
