Regulatory Technician

Kforce has a client seeking a Regulatory Technician in New Albany, OH. This is an entry level position assisting senior level associates in specific functions and learning basic execution and processes. Responsibilities: Project Execution CSG and Technical Readiness:
Responsible for assisting team in tasks needed, administering safety and efficacy testing process
Responsible for sample coordination, tracking and preparation for assigned categories
Support project tracking: milestones in c-projects; collecting recording data -entry into testing d-base
Documentation support - signatures; scanning; workflow completion
Support issues resolution and interface with test labs to facilitate testing as needed
Support and maintenance of functional departmental metrics
Contract Research Organization / Raw Material Vendor Management and Testing Budget Management:
Gain understanding of CRO monitoring /study audits process and support as needed
Support senior associates in placing safety and efficacy studies
Support budget process - administration of POs; invoices (as needed)
Support CRO and budget management documentation needs
Emerging Issues Management:
Gain foundational understanding of technical issues
Responsible for supporting administration of issues communication
Support issues management documentation needs
Product Safety and Efficacy Tracking and Reporting Activities:
Gain understanding and proficiency in SOPs and departmental tracking and reporting
Learn effective summary reporting skills and apply as needed
Support administration of departmental reporting activities as needed
Innovation/ Change Management/Cost Savings:
Gain functional understanding of support to initiatives
Provide administrative and execution support to activities as needed
Key Meetings:
Actively participate in Team meetings and touch-bases
Actively participate in quarterly briefings
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science or arts or equivalent experience
1-2 years' experience in consumer goods industry
Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned
Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
