POSITION SUMMARY
Oversee Incident Reporting team and assist with Community and Nursing Facility file audits. Track incident reporting trends and assist with Care Manager incident reporting training.
Fundamental Components:
Utilize clinical judgment to oversee Incident Reporting Team. Conducts file audits on members in the community well population and Nursing Facility population for both HSAG criteria and NCQA criteria.
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
5+ years experience in health care with management responsibility required
Experience in managing cross functional, self-directed teams preferred.
Demonstrated leadership and motivation skills
Ability to initiate and drive changes; demonstrated results-driven approach
Demonstrated process and project management ability
Ability to develop and implement service strategies for internal and external customers
Registered Nurse required
Managed Care Experience preferred
MyCare Ohio Experience preferred
Strong computer skills
EDUCATION
The highest level of education preferred for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
